Sleep beneath a sky full of stars

Ride a camel across golden dunes, share a traditional dinner by the fire, and wake to a Sahara sunrise.

Welcome

A desert camp in the Tunisian Sahara

Southern Tunisia is where the Sahara begins: the great sand sea of the Grand Erg Oriental rolls south from the oasis towns, and the dunes glow orange at sunset and silver under the moon.

Our camp is a place to slow down and experience the desert the traditional way: on a camel, around a fire, in a tent among the dunes. Come for one unforgettable night or stay a little longer.

The cooler months, roughly October to April, are the most comfortable time to visit. Get in touch and we’ll help you plan the right trip.
